Return & Refund Policy

All products in this store are made to order and fulfilled by Printful.
Because each item is custom-printed just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, size issues, or color preference.

However, we always want you to love what you get — so if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We’ll replace or refund it at no cost to you.

Eligible Issues

  • Misprinted, damaged, or defective items

  • Wrong item sent

  • Lost packages (after verified non-delivery by carrier)

Not Eligible

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Normal wear and tear after use

How to Start a Return or Replacement

  1. Your order number

  2. Photos of the issue

  3. A short description of what happened

Once verified, we’ll process a replacement or refund.
